• Intended Use: Used for wrist drop due to radial nerve palsy, post-stroke hand weakness, post-operative/post-trauma physiotherapy, and to prevent contractures in conditions like cerebral palsy.
• Action: Applies a gentle, intermittent force to lengthen tissues and restore motion by assisting finger extension. It permits ease of mobility and exercise, which helps in faster recovery.
• Target User: Primarily designed for adults, with universal sizing options available.
• Ambidextrous Design: Many models feature an interchangeable thumb holder mechanism, allowing the same splint to be used for both the left and right hands.
